NE Portland Condo-Walk to Williams Ave/Alberta St

This was the WORST stay I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing in my life. The apartment was DIRTY/UNSANI Positive: UNSANITARY APARTMENT! THE WORST STAY I'VE HAD IN 15 years of TRAVELING, DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! Negative: Some points: - No cooking oil - $250 EXTRA initial deposit - No bottle of water to welcome the guest - Dirty pots and pans, and filthy dishes (I had to clean all the utensils, as they were dirty; I have photos and videos of everything) - Bathroom sink - no water comes out - Apartment dirty in all rooms, DIRTY, heater doesn't work - No wardrobe in the bedroom - Check-out at 10 am, with a threat of a $50 charge for every additional half hour, lol

This place was so cool. Anyone planning to go to Portland should stay here. If I ever go back, I would love to stay at this property. We were on a vacation visiting family and enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoyed the Japanese gardens, the rose garden the Pacific Coast Highway and Tillamook creamery. Lots to do in the area.

Great property in a fantastic location in North Portland!

Worth living apartment. Positive: The interior was nice and comfy. Everything was nice, the fridge, microwave, bathroom, ac system. The apartment was comfortable, I would repeat the booking someday whenever I'll be in Portland. Negative: Location itself, there was a little sense of danger, would not recommend the night walking. And there was a lack of parking. And the carpet in the living room wasn't vacuumed clean.
